Welcome to PlayedIt. By using the app, you agree to these terms. They're straightforward.

What PlayedIt Is

PlayedIt is a game ranking and social app. You rank games you've played, see what friends think, and get personalized recommendations. We use data from RAWG for game metadata.

Your Account

• You need an account to use PlayedIt. Keep your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use PlayedIt.
• One account per person. Don't create accounts for bots or fake users.

Your Content

• Your rankings, notes, and profile info belong to you.
• By posting content, you give us permission to display it within the app (e.g., showing your rankings to friends).
• Don't post content that is hateful, harassing, illegal, or spam. We moderate text and images and may remove content or accounts that violate this.

Subscriptions

• PlayedIt offers a free tier and a paid subscription.
• The free tier lets you rank up to 10 games and save up to 10 Want to Play games, with full social features.
• Paid subscriptions unlock unlimited rankings, unlimited Want to Play saves, personalized recommendations, and library import via CSV or directly from Steam and PlayStation Network.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple and managed via your Apple ID. Refer to Apple's terms for billing, renewal, and cancellation.
• We also offer a one-time lifetime purchase option.
• Prices may change. We'll provide notice through the app before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.

Acceptable Use

Don't:

• Use PlayedIt to harass, bully, or threaten others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the app
• Impersonate other users
• Use automated tools or bots
• Circumvent free tier limits through technical means

Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems.

Disclaimer

PlayedIt is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Game metadata comes from third-party sources and may not always be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayedIt and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
